These very nice pictures of asana – performed by Heinz Grill – were taken during a peace trip to Morocco in December 2025 – you can see the seated forward bend pose – plow pose – plow pose with variation – shoulder stand – standing forward bend pose. The positions are practiced with a high consciousness and a guided and centered use of force. Therefore they express a special aesthetic which also has an effect on the environment. The trip went quite well – a report on it will follow soon on this website.
