From the perspective of yoga and meditation, the focus should be less about one’s own opinion and also less about what is said verbatim. A view should be developed that sees what is pictorially shown. To put it perhaps more unusually, what is needed is a view that recognises the essential nature of things.
Why is this important? Because it helps us develop a view that is free from polarities.
However, this does not mean that there can be no opposites, or that everything is a matter of indifference.
You have to form an inner view, because indifference and polarizing views do not get us anywhere.
When looking at images of political scenes, how should one look at them?
The photos1 can be used for initial reflection, for example by looking at them 2–3 times for some minutes.
